1. Company Information
Hello Tours is operated by Maria Luís, based in Sintra, Portugal, VAT 221717684 under RNAAT 817/2017

2. Scope
We provide guided tours mainly in Lisbon and Sintra. Booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. Bookings and Payments
Payments processed via Easypay under account holder Maria Luís (VAT [221717684]).

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their booking under the following refund conditions:

• Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation between 5 and 7 days before the tour date: 75% refund (25% retained).
• Cancellation between 2 and 4 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour: no refund will be issued. However, rescheduling may be offered, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

These conditions apply to tours and experiences scheduled for a specific date and time, in accordance with the exceptions provided in Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, which excludes the right of withdrawal for services scheduled for a specific moment.

5. Tour Changes
We may change itineraries due to external conditions.

6. Liability
Not responsible for damages, loss or injury outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property
All site content is property of Hello Tours.

8. Jurisdiction
Portuguese law. Court of Sintra.
